Rohit Sharma’s Early Life and Domestic Career
It wasn’t the bed of roses for Rohit Sharma, who was raised up by his grandparents and uncles due to his father’s low salary. But all this couldn’t hamper his dreams of playing cricket. Things went on working young Sharma’s way when he went on attending the cricket camp with his uncle’s money at age of 12. The coach at the camp Dinesh Lad was actually the game changer in Sharma’s life as he not only kept him under the wings or recommended him to change his school to Swami Vivekanand International School. He actually went one extra mile for Rohit and got him a scholarship at the aforementioned school, which guaranteed him better chances and the better cricketing facilities for sure. Later in the years, Rohit went on making his List A debut or the West at deodar Trophy.

Rohit was born to Gurunath Sharma, a caretaker of a transport firm storehouse and Purnima Sharma, a housewife.
