Sarfraz Ahmed is one of the most successful captains in Pakistani cricket history. He is a wicketkeeper–batsman who plays as a middle order batsman in his team. Sarfraz leads his team in all of formats. He was named as Pakistan’s Twenty20 captain in 2016, and he was named Pakistan’s ODI Captain on 9 February 2017 after Azhar Ali stepped down. During his captaincy the team performed very well especially in T20 format.
